摘要
主要研究了添加一定量N、Cu元素对0Cr13Ni4Mo钢组织及性能的影响。通过采用相同的热处理制度对N、C u含量不同的材料进行热处理,然后进行室温拉伸、室温冲击、硬度、显微组织的检测与分析。结果表明:在相同热处理制度下,添加N、Cu元素后,δ铁素体和碳化物含量明显减少,材料的抗拉强度提高70MPa以上,硬度提高20HBW以上,但冲击韧度降低了超过50%;单独添加N元素时,δ铁素体和碳化物含量也降低,材料抗拉强度提高50MPa以上,硬度提高15HBW以上,塑性及韧性与同时添加N、Cu元素时相当。结论分析认为:受N、Cu元素,尤其是N元素影响,材料奥氏体的稳定性明显增加,抑制了δ铁素体和碳化物的析出;同时,由于N、Cu元素分别具有固溶强化及时效强化效果,使材料强度、硬度有明显增加;但是,由于N含量提高,使回火过程中氮化物沿晶界沉淀析出,导致材料的塑性、韧性等有所降低。
This article mainly studies the effects of adding a certain amount of N and Cu elements on the structure and properties of 0Cr13Ni4Mo steel.By using the same heat treatment system,materials with different N and Cu contents are heat treated,and then tested and analyzed for room temperature tensile,room temperature impact,hardness,and microstructure.The results show that,under the same heat treatment system,after adding N and Cu elements,the content of delta ferrite and carbide is significantly reduced,the tensile strength of the material is increased by more than 70MPa,the hardness is increased by more than 20HBW,but the impact toughness is reduced by more than 50%;When adding N element alone,the content of delta ferrite and carbide also decreases,the tensile strength of the material increases by more than 50MPa,the hardness increases by more than 15HBW,and the plasticity and toughness are equivalent to when N and Cu elements are added at the same time.Conclusion,Affected by the N and Cu elements,especially the N element,the stability of the austenite of the material is significantly increased,inhibiting the precipitation of delta ferrite and carbide;at the same time,because the N and Cu elements have solid solution strengthening and The age strengthening effect significantly increases the strength and hardness of the material;however,due to the increase in the N element content,nitrides precipitate along the grain boundaries during the tempering process,resulting in a decrease in the plasticity and toughness of the material.
