急性胰腺炎诊断中LPS、AMY联合CRP检验的临床价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨急性胰腺炎诊断中血清脂肪酶(LPS)、淀粉酶(AMY)联合C反应蛋白(CRP)检验的临床应用价值。方法选择平顶山市中医医院在2021年8月至2023年2月期间收治的120急性胰腺炎患者为观察组,根据患者胰腺炎严重程度将其分为轻度组(n=70)、重度组(n=50),另选择同一时间内在医院体检的健康受试者为对照组(n=60),对三组受试者进行LPS、AMY以及CRP的联合检验,并分析检验结果。结果观察组LPS、AMY以及CRP水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。重度组LPS、AMY以及CRP水平高于轻度组(P<0.05)。联合检测的特异度最高,为96.67%,联合检测与CRP的灵敏度均为95.00%。结论针对急性胰腺炎患者在早期诊断中使用LPS、AMY以及CRP的联合检测,特异性、灵敏度较高,可以在临床推广使用。 【Objective】To investigate the clinical value of serum lipase(LPS)and amylase(AMY)combined with C reactive protein(CRP)test in the diagnosis of acute pancreatitis.【Methods】A total of 120 patients with acute pancreatitis admitted to Pingdingshan City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the observation group,who were divided into mild group(n=70)and severe group(n=50)according to the severity of the pancreatitis,and the healthy subjects within the same time were selected as the control group(n=60).The three groups of subjects were performed the combined test of LPS,AMY and CRP,and the test results were analyzed.【Results】LPS,AMY and CRP levels in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).LPS,AMY and CRP levels were higher in severe group than mild group(P<0.05).The combined test showed the highest specificity of 96.67%,and the sensitivity of both combined test and CRP was 95.00%.【Conclusion】The combined detection of LPS,AMY and CRP in the early diagnosis of acute pancreatitis patients has high specificity and sensitivity,which is suitable for clinical use.
