台湾地区中坚企业的发展经验及对内地培育专精特新企业的启示

As one of the few economies which have successfully leapfrogged from low-income to highincome in recent decades,small and medium-sized enterprises in Taiwan region have played an important role as"ant soldiers".And Taiwan region,therefore,has been internationally complimented as the"Kingdom of small and medium-sized enterprises".In the perspective of new structural economics,the successful experience of Taiwan's region backbone enterprises can not be separated from the development path based on factor endowment,comparative advantage and economic viability,such as focusing on a certain range of markets;strong R&D and self-sustaining ability;the broad global vision;participating in the global value chain and the beneficial cultural atmosphere of innovation.At present,cultivating specialized,refined,unique and innovative enterprises is an important support for the mainland's industrial foundation strategy.The new"small giant"enterprises and the"champion enterprises"are growing up and forming a gradient growth path.The development experience of Taiwan's region backbone enterprises has important referential value for the mainland to cultivate SRUI enterprises.
