达格列净片联合二甲双胍对老年T2DM患者胰岛素敏感性及相关代谢指标的影响

Effects of Dapagliflozin Tablets Combined with Metformin on Insulin Sensitivity and Related Metabolic Indexes in Elderly Patients with T2DM

目的研究老年2型糖尿病(Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus,T2DM)患者应用达格列净联合二甲双胍对胰岛素敏感性以及相关代谢指标的影响。方法选取无锡市新吴区新瑞医院于2021年3月—2023年3月收治的82例老年T2DM患者作为研究对象,用随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,各41例。对照组应用单纯二甲双胍治疗,观察组在服用二甲双胍的基础上,联合达格列净片开展治疗。对两组患者的血糖相关指标、胰岛素敏感性及抵抗性、不良反应发生率进行对比。结果观察组血糖相关指标、不良反应发生率、胰岛素抵抗指数低于对照组,胰岛素敏感指数高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论在针对老年T2DM患者开展临床治疗的过程中,相较于单纯采用二甲双胍治疗,联合达格列净片来开展治疗的方式可以更好地改善患者的胰岛素敏感性,在不增加不良反应发生率的同时,对患者的相关代谢指标进行控制,有效实现调节、控制患者血糖的目标。

Objective To investigate the effects of dapagliflozin combined with metformin on insulin sensitivity and re lated metabolic parameters in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods A total of 82 elderly T2DM patients admitted to Xinrui Hospital,Xinwu District,Wuxi City from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metformin alone,and the observation group was treated with metformin combined with daglizin tablets.The blood glucose related indexes,insulin sensitivity and resistance,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Blood glucose related indexes,incidence of adverse reactions and homeostatic model assessment of insulin resistance in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,insulin sensitivity index was higher than that of control group,and the differ ences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of clinical treatment for elderly T2DM pa tients,compared with metformin alone,the combination of dapagliflozin tablets can better improve the insulin sensitiv ity of patients.Without increasing the incidence of adverse reactions,the relevant metabolic indicators of patients can be controlled to effectively achieve the goal of regulating and controlling patients'blood glucose.
