标准化病人联合情景教学法在心肺复苏培训中的应用

The Application of Standardized Patients Combined with Scenario-based Teaching Method in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Training

目的:研究标准化病人联合情景教学法在医学志愿者心肺复苏培训中的应用。方法:选择2019年7月即将参加“三下乡”的医学志愿者72人,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组36人。对照组采用传统的教学方式,试验组采用标准化病人联合情景模拟式教学。结果:试验组的理论和技能操作考核成绩高于对照组(P<0.05),试验组对提升急救意识、临床思维能力、医患沟通能力、临床操作的效率、团队合作能力的满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:标准化病人联合情景教学法有助于提高“三下乡”志愿者心肺复苏的临床技能和满意度,提升临床操作的效率和医患沟通能力。

Objective:To investigate the application of standardized patients combined with scenario-based teaching method in cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)training for medical volunteers.Methods:A total of 72 medical volunteers who were scheduled to participate in the“three visits to the countryside”program in July 2019 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 36 participants in each group.The control group received traditional teaching methods,while the experimental group received standardized patients combined with scenario-based simulation teaching.Results:The theoretical and practical assessment scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The experimental group showed significantly higher satisfaction levels in improving first aid awareness,clinical thinking ability,doctor-patient communication skills,clinical operation efficiency,and teamwork ability compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The standardized patients combined with scenario-based teaching method can effectively improve the clinical skills and satisfaction of medical volunteers in CPR training for the“Three Visits to the Countryside”program,enhancing clinical operation efficiency and doctor-patient communication skills.
