摘要
加氢裂化装置首次开工氮气阀出口压力较低,反应系统无法通过压缩氮气完成高压气密,对加氢裂化装置高压氢气气密留下进度和安全上的隐患。对加氢裂化装置往复机氮气阀计算后进行改造,可以使系统压力尽可能升高并接近操作压力,不但可以提前发现泄漏点予以消除,大大节省了氢气气密处理漏点时间,而且氮气工况下处理漏点安全性也可以得到保障。
The outlet pressure of the nitrogen valve in the hydrocracking unit is low for the first start,and the reaction system cannot complete the high-pressure gas seal check by compressing nitrogen,so this may leave potential safety and progress hazard for the high-pressure hydrogen gas seal check in hydrocracking unit.Whatever,through reforming the reciprocating compressor′s nitrogen valve after caculation,it can make the system pressure rise up to near the operation pressure as possible,which can not only detect the leak point in advance and eliminate it,but also greatly save the time of hydrogen gas tight treatment for the leak point,what`s more,the safety of the treatment for the leak point can also be guaranteed under the nitrogen working condition.
