论工程实践“非完美性”的哲学基础

The Philosophical Basis of“Imperfection”in Engineering Practice

工程活动作为人类的实践活动,既有本体论维度也有认识论维度。工程实践的“非完美性”是关于工程认识论的核心命题之一。“非完美性”贯穿了工程活动的全生命周期,对此功利层面的诘问不但无法解决“非完美性”客观存在的现象,还会对工程共同体带来群体性精神内耗和主体性社会否定问题。为此,从工程哲学的角度探讨工程实践“非完美性”的理论基础,在非完美性概念的一般性基础之上,分析工程实践中“非完美性”的具体表现,确认、接纳并立足“非完美性”,进一步丰富工程哲学的概念范畴,是以中国风格的工程哲学创新推进当代中国工程实践创新的题中应有之义。

As practical activities of human beings,engineering endeavors have both ontological and epistemological dimensions.The“imperfection”of engineering practice is one of the core propositions of engineering epistemology.“Imperfection”runs through the whole life cycle of engineering activities,and the utilitarian inquiry on this not only fails to solve the objective phenomenon of“imperfection”,but also brings the problems of group internal friction and subjective social negation to the engineering community.Therefore,this paper discusses the theoretical basis of“imperfection”in engineering practice from the perspective of engineering philosophy,analyzes the specific manifestation of“imperfection”in engineering practice on the basis of the general concept of imperfection,confirms,accepts and bases on“imperfection”,and further enrich the conceptual category of engineering philosophy.It should be the meaning of the Chinese style engineering philosophy innovation to promote the contemporary Chinese engineering practice innovation.
