系统科学视域下中国共享经济发展质量的实证研究

An Empirical Study on the Development Quality of Sharing Economy Based on System Science

共享经济是经济高质量发展的重要推力,而评价共享经济发展水平时,不仅要考虑到共享经济的规模,更要考虑到共享经济的质量。本文依据系统耦合理论构建耦合评价模型对我国30个省市2010—2019年的共享经济发展质量进行测度。结果表明:总体上看,我国共享经济质量不高,位于可接受区间的省市较少,但大多省市共享经济质量在10年间呈上升趋势,发展势头良好;从区域上看,我国共享经济质量存在明显的区域差异,呈现自东向西递减的特征。文章最后根据研究结论提出相应的政策建议。

The sharing economy is an important driving force for the high-quality development of the economy.When evaluating the development level of the sharing economy,not only the scale of the sharing economy must be considered,but also the quality of the sharing economy.Based on the system science,this paper constructs a coupling evaluation model to estimate the development quality of the sharing economy in 30 provinces and cities in China from 2010 to 2019.The results show that,on the whole,the quality of China's sharing economy is not high,and there are fewer provinces and cities in the acceptable range,but the quality of sharing economy in most provinces and cities has shown an upward trend in the past 10 years,and the development momentum is good.From a regional perspective,there are obvious regional differences in the quality of China's sharing economy,showing a characteristic of decreasing from east to west.Finally,according to the research conclusions,this paper puts forward some corresponding policy recommendations.
