摘要
针对传统模式下液压阀组采用人工方式进行安装,不仅组装效率低下,还容易造成漏装和质量缺陷的问题,提出了 一种自动化的阀组装配单元,利用PLC控制器、LabVIEW上位机、电磁阀等建立控制系统.在完成设计方案之后,制作相应的样机,并开展性能测试.结果显示,该装配单元达到了较高的安装控制精度.
Hydraulic valve manifolds have multiple components,which are installed manually in the traditional mode,which is not only inefficient,but also easy to cause leakage and quality defects.The research process aims to design an automated valve manifold assembly unit,and the control system is established by using PLC controller,LabVIEW upper computer,and solenoid valve.After completing the design scheme,the corresponding prototype is made and performance tests are carried out,and the results show that the assembly unit achieves high installation control accuracy.
