基于数字化技术的智能船舶调距桨液压设备维修技术

摘要 以调距桨液压设备作为研究对象,结合数字孪生概念与视情维修决策探讨智能船舶调距桨液压设备维修技术.首先分析了调距桨液压设备故障,进而提出了基于数字孪生体模型的调距桨液压设备,最后针对性制定了调距桨液压设备维修决策,通过上述内容确定调距桨液压设备的维修阈值曲线,实现数字孪生的船舶调距桨液压设备视情维修决策的科学制定. Taking the pitch paddle hydraulic equipment as the research object,combining the concept of digital twin and visual maintenance decision-making to discuss the repair technology of intelligent ship pitch paddle hydraulic equipment.First of all,the pitch paddle hydraulic equipment failure is analysed,and then the pitch paddle hydraulic equipment based on the digital twin body model is proposed,and finally the pitch paddle hydraulic equipment maintenance decision is formulated in a targeted manner,and the maintenance threshold curve of the pitch paddle hydraulic equipment is determined through the above content to achieve the scientific formulation of the digital twin's ship pitch paddle hydraulic equipment visual maintenance decision.
