Study on the Value and Path of Enhancing the Management Efficiency of PET Manufacturing Enterprises in the Context of "Dual Carbon"

近年来,我国高端材料行业发展势头迅猛,涌现出了一批规模大、技术先进、市场占有率高的企业.随着"双碳"目标的提出,高端材料行业面临着转型升级和提质增效的发展要求.在新的环境下,我国高端材料行业进入了 一个全新的发展阶段.传统的高端材料生产模式已不能适应当前需求,转型升级成为必然选择.目前,PET行业是我国高端材料行业中发展较为成熟且最具活力的细分领域之一.以PET生产企业为例,从五个方面分析了提升PET生产企业管理效能的价值,以期为相关企业提供借鉴和参考.

In recent years,China's high-end materials industry has been developing rapidly,and a number of enterprises with large scale,advanced technology and high market share have emerged.With the proposal of"double carbon"goal,high-end materials industry is facing the development requirements of transformation and upgrading,quality and efficiency.In the new environment,China's high-end materials industry has entered a new stage of development.The traditional high-end materials production model can no longer meet the current demand,transformation and upgrading has become an inevitable choice.At present,PET industry is China's high-end materials industry in the development of more mature and most dynamic one of the sub-fields.Taking PET production enterprises as an example,we analyse the value of improving the management effectiveness of PET production enterprises from five aspects,with a view to providing reference for relevant enterprises.
