某300MW机组20%深度调峰接力全工况脱硝改造实践

摘要 在我国新型电力系统结构中,燃煤机组为了提高生存能力,必须全面参与深度调峰.某300 MW亚临界机组先后开展了全工况脱硝改造和20%负荷深度调峰改造,通过开发宽温催化剂解决了脱硝入口温度不满足喷氨需求的关键问题,通过增加燃烧器等离子改造、磨煤机防磨改造、尾部水平烟道吹灰改造、DCS控制系统优化、汽轮机次末级叶片喷涂提升改造等有效提升机组在20%负荷时的稳燃特性,最终可实现20%~100%负荷时脱硝投入运行与深度调峰,提高了机组发电竞争力和经济效益. In the new structure of China's power system,coal-fired units must fully participate in the deep peak regulation in order to improve the viability.A 300MW subcritical unit has carried out the full working condition denitration transformation and 20%load deep regulation transformation,The development of wide temperature catalyst solved the problem that the entrance temperature of the denitration reactor does not meet the demand of ammonia injection.By increasing the burner plasma modification,coal mill wear modification,tail level flue soot blowing,DCS control system optimization,the turbine blade spraying upgrade,the combustion characteristics were promoted effectively in 20%load of the coal-fired unit.Finally,the denitration system could operate in 20%~100%load and deep peak regulation achieved.The NOx concentration could meet the ultra-low emissions demand.The power generation competitiveness and economic benefits were also improved.
