牛轮状病毒检测方法的研究进展

摘要 牛轮状病毒(bovine rotavirus,BRV)是引起犊牛腹泻的主要病原体,世界范围内腹泻样本中BRV感染率为20%~60%,该病的发生对全球的牛养殖业造成严重的危害。目前,尚无BRV特效抗病毒药物和高效的疫苗,早期诊断显得尤为重要。然而,国内外已建立了PCR、等温扩增、免疫组织化学技术、胶体金免疫层析技术、间接免疫荧光法、酶联免疫吸附试验、电化学生物传感器等检测方法,这些方法在BRV防制中发挥了重要作用。通过对现有BRV检测方法进行综述和比较,以期为BRV新型检测方法的建立及防控提供参考。 Bovine rotavirus(BRV)is one of pathogens causing calf diarrhea.The infection rate of BRV in diarrhea samples worldwide is 20%―60%.The occurrence of this disease has caused serious harm to the global cattle breeding industry.At present,there is no BRV specific antiviral drugs and efficient vaccines,so early diagnosis is particularly important.PCR,isothermal amplification,immunohistochemistry,colloidal gold immunochromatography,indirect immunofluorescence,enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,electrochemical biosensor and other detection methods have been established at home and abroad,which have played an important role in BRV prevention and control.This paper reviews and compares the existing BRV detection methods,in order to provide references for the establishment and prevention of new BRV detection methods,in order to provide references for the establishment and prevention of new detection methods of BRV.
