摘要
大麦中因其富含蛋白质、维生素和矿物质可作为动物的优质能量饲料,为解决饲料短缺,扎实推进玉米豆粕减量替代技术方案具有非常重要的意义。大麦在我国饲料、粮食生产占有重要地位,大麦具有种植面积大、成本低等优点,同时营养成分与玉米相近,但大麦能量低,含有多种抗营养因子,影响动物的消化吸收。因此探讨非常规饲料原料大麦的营养价值及存在问题,对推进玉米豆粕减量替代具有重要意义,从而缓解粮食饲料短缺。现主要对大麦的营养特性、抗营养因子及消除方法、动物生产的应用进行归纳总结,为饲料中大麦减量替代玉米豆粕提供理论依据。
Barley is rich in protein,vitamins and minerals and can be used as high-quality green feed for animal.To solve the feed shortage,alternative technical scheme for the reduction of corn and soybean meal should be solidly promoted.Barley plays an important role in feed and grain production in China.Barley has the advantages of large planting area,low cost,and similar nutritional components with corn,but the barley is low in energy,contains a variety of antinutritional factors which affect the digestion and absorption of animal.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore the nutritional value and existing problems of barley,an unconventional feed raw material,for promoting the reduction and replacement of corn and soybean meal,and thus alleviating the shortage of grain feed.In this paper,the nutritional characteristics of barley,anti-nutritional factors and elimination methods,the application of animal production were summarized to provide a theoretical basis for the feed of barley to reduce the amount of corn and soybean in meal.
