摘要
煤制氢气化装置黑水沉降系统发生故障后,出现了系统灰水水质变差的问题,影响装置平稳运行。为此,对沉降系统进行在线切换和交出。简述了某煤制氢气化装置系统水循环流程,介绍了黑水沉降系统的流程优化、黑水切换操作的优化和沉降槽排空操作的优化,针对操作中出现的真空闪蒸罐底部阀门卡涩、气化灰水浊度升高和激冷水过滤器压差升高的问题,采取了相应的措施,确保了气化炉的长周期稳定运行。
After the blackwater settling system of coal to hydrogen plant broke down,the grey water quality of the system deteriorated,which affected the smooth operation of the plant.For this reason,the settling system was switched and handed over online.The water circulation process of one coal to hydrogen plant was briefly described,the process optimization of the blackwater settling system,the optimization of the blackwater switching operation and the optimization of the settling tank emptying operation were introduced.In view of the problems of the valve sticking at the bottom of the vacuum flash tank,the increase of turbidity of the gasification grey water and the increase of the pressure difference of the quench water filter,the corresponding optimization measures were taken,ensuring the long-term stable operation of the gasifier.
