摘要
某企业60万t/a煤制甲醇装置原环保工艺难以满足现标准要求,因此对其净化装置进行了改造。分析了四种不同改造方案,确定了改造重点为净化系统扩能改造;探析了采用半贫液流程的两种净化扩能改造方案,确定了采用新增甲醇洗涤塔及附属设备的方案B。改造后的运行结果表明:装置各项性能指标达到考核要求,产品产量比原设计提高10%,年运行费用节约2 000余万元。
As the original environmental protection process of the 600 000 t/a coal to methanol plant could not meet the requirements of the current standard,the purification unit was modified.Four different renovation plans were analyzed,and the capacity expansion of the purification system was determined as the main focus.Two specific renovation plans for purification capacity expansion using the semi lean liquid process were analyzed,and the plan B using a new methanol scrubber and ancillary equipment was determined.The operation results after the renovation showed that all performance indicators of the unit met the assessment requirements,the product output was increased by 10% compared with the original design,and the annual operating cost was saved by more than 20 million yuan.
