高质量发展背景下产业结构与就业结构协调性研究

Research on the Coordination between Industrial Structure and Employment Structure under the Background of High-quality Development

当前,我国经济已进入高质量发展阶段。在此背景下,产业结构与就业结构协调发展是发展现代化产业体系、推动经济体系优化升级的内在要求。本文研究了我国产业结构与就业结构的演变,对我国的产业结构与就业结构进行协调性分析,并使用指标分析法,对我国各省域的产业结构与就业结构协调系数进行比较,研究其空间分布变化及其空间相关性,从研究结论出发,提出针对性的政策建议,旨在为促进我国区域经济发展、构建现代化经济体系建言献策。

At present,China's economy has entered the stage of high-quality development.In this context,the coordinated development of industrial structure and employment structure is an inherent requirement for developing a modern industrial system and promoting the optimization and upgrading of the economic system.This paper studies the evolution of China's industrial structure and employment structure,and analyses the coordination of China's industrial structure and employment structure,using the index analysis method,compares the coordination coefficient of industrial structure and employment structure of China's provinces and regions,and studies the changes in their spatial distribution and their spatial correlation,and puts forward targeted policy recommendations from the conclusions of the paper,aiming at promoting the development of China's regional economy and building a modern economic system.
