汽车尾气热电发电系统最大功率检测算法研究

摘要 在汽车尾气热电发电系统中,由于传统最大功率检测算法检测误差率高,研究基于汽车尾气热电发电系统最大功率检测算法。建立汽车尾气温差热电发电数学模型,得到温差单电偶的稳态发电情况,计算得到输出效率最大值;调整电路中的测试点电压,在输出电压或者输出电流中添加扰动量进行调控,运用干扰观测法和二插值拟合算法计算得到最大功率点的电压值实现汽车尾气热电发电系统最大跟踪检测。实验结果表明,运用本文方法的最大功率检测误差率最低,提升最大功率点的跟踪精度,完成了汽车尾气热电发电系统最大功率的高效检测。 In the automotive exhaust thermoelectric power generation system,due to the high detection error rate of traditional maximum power detection algorithms,a maximum power detection algorithm based on automotive exhaust thermoelectric power generation system is studied.Establish a mathematical model for temperature difference thermoelectric power generation in automobile exhaust,obtain the steady-state power generation situation of a single thermocouple with temperature difference,and calculate the maximum output efficiency;Adjust the voltage of the test point in the circuit,add disturbance to the output voltage or current for regulation,and use interference observation method and two interpolation fitting algorithm to calculate the voltage value of the maximum power point to achieve maximum tracking detection of the automotive exhaust thermoelectric power generation system.The experimental results show that the maximum power detection error rate using the method proposed in this paper is the lowest,improving the tracking accuracy of the maximum power point,and achieving efficient detection of the maximum power of the automotive exhaust thermoelectric power generation system.
