深度分析内燃机安装支架配件加工方法

摘要 车辆内燃机支架能够将内燃机机紧固在车身框架上,起到支撑、隔振与振动控制的作用,为车辆平稳行使提供支撑。为了提升内燃机安装支架配件生产加工精度,本文首先对零配件特性进行分析,针对传统的零件加工工艺进行研究,通过四轴机床加工,对内燃机安装支架配件加工方法进行研究,探讨采用专用夹具装夹,在保证零配件位置精度与快速换装的情况下,实现多孔、多工位零件加工。希望能够为相关零配件加工行业发展提供一定的参考。 The vehicle internal combustion engine bracket can fasten the internal combustion engine to the body frame,playing a role in support,vibration isolation,and vibration control,providing support for the smooth driving of the vehicle.In order to improve the production and processing accuracy of internal combustion engine installation bracket accessories,this article first analyzes the characteristics of spare parts and studies the traditional part processing technology.Through four axis machine tool processing,the processing method of internal combustion engine installation bracket accessories is studied,and the use of specialized fixtures for clamping is explored to achieve porous and multi station part processing while ensuring the position accuracy of spare parts and rapid replacement.I hope to provide some reference for the development of the related spare parts processing industry.
