摘要
刹车系统是飞机的重要系统之一,在飞机的着陆滑跑减速过程中发挥着重要的作用。一旦飞机刹车系统在着陆滑跑中出现故障,将会严重影响飞行员的操纵,导致飞机冲偏出跑道事件的发生,严重的甚至会造成重大飞行事故。本文以某机型刹车系统为研究对象,简述系统的构造及工作原理,针对刹车系统的两起典型故障,讲述了排故过程,深入分析了故障原因,并提出了机务维护以及飞行操纵方面的建议,为该型飞机刹车系统的日常维护、故障诊断和故障预防提供一定的参考。
Brake system is one of the important systems of the aircraft,which plays an important role in the deceleration process of aircraft landing and sliding run.Once the aircraft brake system fails in the landing slide process,it will seriously affect the operation of the pilot,leading to rush off the runway,and even cause major flight accidents.This paper use brake system of an aircraft as the research object,briefly describes the system structure and operating principle,for two typical failures of brake system,tells the process,deeply analyzed the cause of the failure,and put forward the maintenance and flight control Suggestions,provides a certain reference for the daily maintenance,fault diagnosis and fault prevention of the brake system.
