迈腾B8点火系统故障诊断与排除

摘要 现代燃油汽车普遍采用微机控制点火系统,发动机点火性能较为稳定,但是因为点火线圈内部的结构导致发动机过热、驾驶员错误驾驶习惯式、火花塞的保养、燃油品质、电脑程序等因素,也给点火系统带来了一些的问题。本文基于迈腾B8单独点火系统控制原理,案例1用N70点火线圈的故障阐述故障诊断与排除;案例2以SB17故障为例,阐述及其故障产生的机理、故障产生的原因,并排除故障;案例3以点火开关的故障为例,并对其故障的诊断与排除。诊断与排除点火系统的故障,要从多方面去思考故障原因。 Microcomputer controlled ignition systems is used for modern fuel vehicles,and the engine ignition performance is relatively stable.However,the internal structure of the ignition coil,factors such as engine overheating,driver's incorrect driving habits,spark plug maintenance,fuel quality,and computer programs have also brought some problems to the ignition system.The article is based on the control principle of the separate ignition system of the Magotan B8.Case 1 illustrates the fault diagnosis and troubleshooting using the fault of the N70 ignition coil;Case 2 takes the SB17 fault as an example to explain the mechanism and causes of its occurrence,and to eliminate the fault;Case 3 takes the fault of the ignition switch as an example,and diagnoses and eliminates the fault.To diagnose and eliminate faults in the ignition system,it is necessary to consider the causes of the faults from multiple perspectives.
