摘要 汽车工业作为现代工业的重要组成部分,对模具制造提出了更高的要求。为适应市场的快速变化和产品的多样化需求,传统机械加工方式已不再能满足现代汽车制造业需要。数控加工技术作为一种先进的制造方式,具有提高生产效率、实现自动化生产、增强产品性能等优势,逐渐成为汽车机械模具制造中的重要手段。本文旨在深入研究数控加工技术在汽车机械模具制造中的应用情况,希望为推动该领域的发展提供理论与实践支持。 As an important component of modern industry,the automotive industry has put forward higher requirements for mold manufacturing.In order to adapt to the rapid changes in the market and the diverse needs of products,traditional mechanical processing methods can no longer meet the needs of modern automobile manufacturing industry.As an advanced manufacturing method,CNC machining technology has the advantages of improving production efficiency,achieving automated production,and enhancing product performance,gradually becoming an important means in the manufacturing of automotive mechanical molds.This article aims to conduct in-depth research on the application of CNC machining technology in the manufacturing of automotive mechanical molds,hoping to provide theoretical and practical support for promoting the development of this field.
