内燃机车油及水温度动态无线测试系统的设计与实现

摘要 内燃机车机油、水温度动态测试是实现铁路内燃机车冬季精准打温控制的基础。本文中设计并实现了一套可在内燃机车上快速部署的油、水温度测试系统。该系统由1台无线监测终端、3只低功耗无线温度采集传输器以及3只采用表贴安装负温度系数热敏电阻(NTC)高灵敏度温度传感器组成。3只温度传感器分别表贴安装在机油、燃油和冷却水管道外侧并由高热阻保温套保证其与被测流体接近热平衡。低功耗无线温度采集传输器由低功耗单片机、低功耗无线传输模组以及A/D转换电路组成,采集机油、燃油和冷却水温度并传输到无线监测终端。无线监测终端由扩展了无线接口的工业人机界面实现,显示并存储采集到的温度数据。采用独立电池供电的无线温度采集传输器与温度传感器就近安装,可降低传输线引起的测量误差。应用结果表明,该系统可在1小时内快速部署完成、运行稳定可靠,满足内燃机车机油、水温度动态测试精度和续航时间的要求。 For oil and water temperature measurement in Diesel locomotive is the most essential work for accurate warming-up operation for Diesel locomotive in winter,A rapid deployment wireless system for the oil and water temperature measurement in Diesel locomotive is designed and implemented,including a wireless monitoring terminal,3 low-power-wireless temperature acquisition and transmission modules and 3 NTC temperature sensors with high sensitivity.The temperature sensors are mounted on the pipe line surface with enhanced thermal insulation case in order to guarantee thermal-equilibrium with oil and water in pipelines.Oil and water temperature are acquired with the low-power-wireless temperature acquisition and transmission module,which is composed of low power MCU,wireless module and A/D circuit,and transmitted to the monitoring terminal.Data are recorded and displayed at the wireless monitoring terminal which is implemented with an industry-HMI and a wireless gate.The data-acquisition and transmission module powered with independent battery is designated to be mounted as closer as possible for suppressing the interference from signal line of sensors.Practical application shows that the system can be rapid deployed on the Diesel locomotive in less than 1 hour with reliability and accuracy met the requirement of dynamic measurement of oil and water temperature in Diesel locomotive.
