镁/钢异种金属搅拌摩擦焊的进展研究

摘要 镁钢异种金属的焊接研究在近些年愈发受到重视,因其可以在航空航天,航海以及汽车领域发挥出巨大作用。然而,不同焊接方式,工艺参数,焊接材料等所带来的各种问题成为阻碍技术进步的关键。尤其是金属镁与金属钢及其以各自为基底的合金具有相当大的物理和化学性质差异,两者之间难以通过现有的焊接方式实现可靠焊接。本文主要从镁钢异种金属的搅拌摩擦焊方法入手,介绍在此方法中,两者焊接所存在的具体问题,解决方式和发展前景。 The welding research of magnesium steel heterospecific metals has attracted more attention in recent years,because it can play a huge role in the aerospace,navigation and automotive fields.However,the various problems caused by different welding methods,process parameters,welding materials,etc.,have become the key to hinder technological progress.In particular,magnesium and metal steel have considerable physical and chemical differences in their respective based alloy,and it is difficult to achieve reliable welding through the existing welding methods.This paper starts with the mixing friction welding method of magnesium steel,introduces the specific problems and development prospect of the welding.
