摘要 以淄博市城市快速路网建设一期项目——原山大道为例,探索了BIM技术在城市高架桥工程施工全过程的应用;并在项目前期运用BIM技术辅助完成了施工场地部署与便道规划,施工过程中又在深化设计、碰撞检查、施工仿真预演等方面,有效解决了工程重点技术难题;同时,结合自主研发的预制梁管理系统对预制梁制造、存储、吊装全过程开展了智慧化管控,达到了自动排产的目的,提高了预制梁的施工效率;另外,采用路桥数字化协同管理BIM平台,实现了质量、安全与进度的精细化管理,提高了施工管理水平。 Taking Yuanshan Avenue,No.1 phase of the urban expressway network construction project in Zibo City as an example,the application of BIM technology in the entire construction process of urban elevated bridge engi-neering was explored in this paper;And in the early stage of the project,BIM technology was used to assist the de-ployment of construction sites and the planning of access roads.During the construction process,BIM was applied to deepening design,collision inspection and construction simulation rehearsal to effectively solve the key technical problems;At the same time,based on the independently developed precast beam management system,the intelli-gent control was carried out during the entire process of precast beam manufacturing,storage,and lifting to obtain the automatic production scheduling and improve the construction efficiency of precast beams;In addition,refined management of quality,safety,and progress is achieved by the BIM platform of road&bridge digital collaborative management,and the construction management is improved.
