摘要
基于天堂寨景区的网络文本,使用ROST CM6软件进行高频词分析、情感分析和语义网络分析,得到了景区的认知形象、情感形象和整体形象。研究发现:天堂寨景区的整体形象是以“风景”“景区”“天堂寨”为核心,游览景点有白马大峡谷、瀑布、白马栈道等地;游客对于天堂寨景区的情感感知是以积极情感为主,体现在对自然生态景观的正面认知,消极情感体现在景区管理混乱、景区配套设施和服务差等方面,针对负面感知的问题,提出相应的政策建议。
Based on the web text of Tiantangzhai scenic spot,the cognitive image,emotional image and overall image of the scenic spot were obtained by using ROST CM6 software for high-frequency word analysis,sentiment analysis and semantic network analysis.The results show that:the overall image of the Tiantangzhai scenic spot is centered on“landscape”,“scenic spot”and“Tiantangzhai”.The sightseeing spots include the White Horse Canyon,Waterfalls and White Horse Trail.The emotional perception of tourists for the Tiantangzhai scenic spot is dominated by positive emotions,which is reflected in the positive perception of the natural ecological landscape.Negative emotions are reflected in the chaotic management of the scenic area,poor supporting facilities and services in the scenic area.Aiming at the problems of negative perception,the paper then puts forward the corresponding policy recommendations.
