稳步推进亿万劳动者共同富裕的路径探究

Steadily Promote the Exploration of the Path of Common Prosperity for Hundreds of Millions of Workers

习近平总书记明确提出了“工人阶级和广大劳动群众是社会财富的主要创造者,推动全体人民共同富裕取得更为明显的实质性进展,首先要体现在亿万劳动者身上”这一重要命题。从劳动者这一社会财富的主要创造者的视角出发,要重点锁定产业工人、农民工、新就业形态劳动者以及困难职工四类人群,着力从完善初次分配、再分配、第三次分配制度体系及促进精神富裕等环节,厘清共同富裕推进之路。

General Secretary Xi Jinping clearly put forward the important proposition that“the working class and the broad working masses are the main creators of social wealth,and the promotion of common prosperity for all people has made more obvious and substantial progress,which must first be embodied in hundreds of millions of workers”.From the perspective of laborers,the main creators of social wealth,it is necessary to focus on four categories of people,including industrial workers,migrant workers,workers in new forms of employment,and workers in difficulty,and strive to clarify the road to common prosperity from the aspects of improving the system of primary distribution,redistribution,and tertiary distribution,and promoting spiritual prosperity.
