语言政策新媒体传播研究

摘要 新媒体的发展改变了语言政策赖以依靠的环境基础,传播的主体更为多元,传播渠道更为多样,传播内容更为丰富,客观上要求顺应功能化、视觉化、深度专业化、产品化、多重互动五种趋势,来回应这一变革。本研究对语言政策新媒体传播的意义进行了分析,总结归纳了语言政策新媒体传播的常见问题,并基于问题导向,从政策传播平台的发现、政策传播内容的开发、政策传播服务的供给,进行了语言政策新媒体传播的图景展望,以期提升语言政策在新媒体环境中的适应力,提升语言政策传播效果。 The development of new media has changed the environmental foundation on which language policy depends.The principals of communication and the channels of communication have become more diverse,and the content of communication is enriched.Objectively,it is required to comply with the five trends of functionalization,visualization,deep specialization,productization and multiple interaction to respond to this change.This paper analyzes the significance of new media communication of language policy,summarizes the common problems in the process,and based on the problem orientation,it provides an outlook to the prospect of new media communication of language policy from the discovery of policy communication platform,the development of policy communication content and the supply of policy communication service,with a view to improving the adaptability of language policy in the new media environment and improving the communication effect of language policy.
