新时代对高校学生资助工作赋予了新使命、提出了新要求,迫切要求构建发展型资助育人模式,实现高校资助育人工作的高质量发展。淮安市H高校积极探索“四年四季”多维资助育人模式,以学生为中心,聚焦学生个人成长和发展的关键时期,通过四年成长计划和四季资助相结合的多元化资助育人模式,实现“扶困”与“扶志”“扶智”“扶心”的有效融合,形成“解困—育人—成才—回馈”良性循环。

The new era has given new mission to the funding of college students,put forward new requirements,urgently requests to build a development-type funding model,and realize the high-quality development of college funding.Huai’an H University actively explores the“Four Years and Four Seasons”multi-dimensional funding model,with student-centered,focusing on critical periods of personal growth and development,through the diversified funding education model combining the four-year growth plan and the four seasons funding,the effective integration of“helping the poor”with“helping the spirit”“helping the intellectual”and“helping the heart”has been achieved,forming a virtuous circle of“solving difficulties-educating people-becoming talented-giving back”.
