基于钻井节能减排的井眼尺寸精细优化与试验

摘要 为了寻求钻井节能减排途径,突破石油钻井行业钻头与套管尺寸匹配系列,结合长庆致密油气田开发井身结构现状,对井眼尺寸变化对钻井效率、井筒安全及节能降耗等方面的因素分析,提出了适合长庆致密油气田井眼尺寸与套管匹配方案。分析认为在长庆致密油气钻完井过程在现行井身结构的基础上,合理的减小井眼尺寸可以大幅度提高机械钻速、显著降低钻井能耗及钻井液钻屑废弃物排放量,现场试验应用取得良好的效果。 In order to seek ways to save energy and reduce emissions in drilling,breaking through the matching series of bit and casing sizes in the oil drilling industry,combining with the current situation of well bore structure in the development of tight oil and gas fields in Changqing,this paper analyzes the factors of hole size changes on drilling efficiency,wellbore safety,energy conservation and consumption reduction,and proposes a matching scheme of hole size and casing suitable for tight oil and gas fields in Changqing.The analysis shows that on the basis of the current well bore structure in the process of Changqing tight oil gas drilling and completion,reasonably reducing the hole size can significantly increase the penetration rate,significantly reduce the drilling energy consumption and the discharge of drilling fluid cuttings,and good results have been achieved in the field test application.
