桥梁叉耳式吊杆张拉工装结构设计与受力分析

摘要 叉耳式吊杆外形美观,往往被城市桥梁的下承式拱桥选用,叉耳式锚头结构比较复杂,张拉时千斤顶着力困难,为解决这一难题,本文结合工程实际介绍了一种叉耳式吊杆张拉工装,在吊杆张拉端设置上下垫板,通过反拉的方式进行张拉,经过工装结构的设计、制图以及受力验算,最后通过工程实际成功应用,该种工装结构合理、受力满足张拉需求,而且结构部件可周转使用,达到了预期的效果。 Fork ear suspension rods have a beautiful appearance and are often used in urban bridge through arch bridges.The structure of the fork ear anchor head is relatively complex,and it is difficult for the jack to exert force during tensioning.To solve this problem,this article introduces a fork ear suspension rod tensioning fixture based on engineering practice.The upper and lower pads are set at the tensioning end of the suspension rod,and tensioning is carried out through reverse pulling.After the design,drawing,and force verification of the fixture structure,the fixture structure is reasonable,the stress meets the tensioning requirements,and the structural components can be reused,achieving the expected effect.
