摘要
设计代表常驻施工现场,负责勘察设计图纸后期技术服务工作。在后期服务过程中,发现施工图纸在前期设计时,存在设计方法简单,各专业沟通协调不充分,导致公路设计方案与现场实际出入较大,设计成果和质量较低,后期服务变更数量多,设计变更金额大。本文从设计后期服务角度,对在施工图设计时存在的常见和代表性问题,进行了举例和对比分析,深入剖析了导致问题的原因,并针对存在的问题,提出了设计优化的方案和建议,以期提高前期设计质量。
The design representative is stationed at the construction site and is responsible for providing technical services in the later stage of survey and design drawings.In the later service process,it was found that the construction drawings had simple design methods and insufficient communication and coordination among various specialties in the early design,resulting in significant discrepancies between the highway design scheme and the actual site,low design results and quality,and a large number of changes in the later service,with a large amount of design change fees.This article provides examples and comparative analysis of common and representative problems in construction drawing design from the perspective of post design services.It deeply analyzes the causes of the problems and proposes design optimization plans and suggestions to improve the quality of pre design.
