复杂条件不规则综采工作面连续扩面工艺技术实践

摘要 诸多矿井在长期的开采过程中形成了形态不一的残煤资源,这些残煤资源由于赋存条件变化多、开采技术难度大、安全性差等原因,无法进行正规工作面布置。本着提高煤炭资源回收的目的,残煤区域制定的开采方案会形成各种不规则工作面,如何通过技术研究,快速高效地解决支架运输、安装以及溜槽安装等现实问题,对保证矿井的持续、安全和高效发展具有重要意义。 In the long-term mining process,many mines have formed residual coal resources with different forms.These residual coal resources cannot be arranged in a formal working face due to various changes in occurrence conditions,difficult mining techniques,and poor safety.In order to improve the recovery of coal resources,the mining plan made in the residual coal area will form various irregular working faces,it is of great significance to solve the practical problems of support transportation,installation and chute installation quickly and efficiently to ensure the sustainable,safe and efficient development of mine.
