摘要
为评价老城区加油站区域的风险,结合老城区加油站周边地理信息复杂、人口密集的特点,采用SAFETI软件对广州市某老城区加油站进行定量风险评估,得出个人风险和社会风险水平。结果表明:该加油站与周边建筑的安全间距不足,社会风险曲线大部分位于最大标准线10-5与最小标准线10-3之间,并提出增加安全屏障、增强设备可视化程度、提高数据利用率、开展区域应急联合演练、量化应急能力等措施。
In order to assess the risk of gas stations in old urban areas in China,the quantitative risk assessment of a typical gas station in a old urban area in Guangzhou was carried out by using the SAFETI software combined with the characteristics such as complex surrounding geographic information and dense population,by which the individual and social risk levels of gas stations were obtained The results show that the gas stations in old urban areas faces the situation of the insufficient safety distance from the surrounding buildings,the most of the curve of the social risk is between the maximum standardized cure of 10-5 and the minimum standardized cure of 10-3.Measures such as increasing safety barrier,enhance device visualization degree,advance data utilization rate,caring out regional emergency joint drill,and quantifying emergency ability were proposed.
