摘要
手性二氢喹唑啉是一类极其重要的化合物,不仅具有一定的生物和药物活性,也是许多天然产物和药物分子的核心骨架。本文采用过渡金属铱不对称氢化的方法合成了新型手性1,4-二氢喹唑啉化合物,其ee值高达92%,该研究为该类化合物的合成提供更加便捷、新颖的方法和思路。
Chiral dihydroquinazoline is an extremely important class of compounds, which not only possess certain biological and pharmacological activities, but also serve as the core skeletons of many natural products and drug molecules. This paper uses the asymmetric hydrogenation method of transition metal iridium to synthesize a new chiral 1,4-dihydroquinazoline compound with an ee value as high as 92%, which provides a more convenient and novel method for the synthesis of such compounds.
