Research on Innovation of Party Building Work for Students in Vocational Colleges under the New Situation

学生党员是建设社会主义现代化强国最具生机和活力的力量,培养一支高素质的学生党员队伍是高职院校党建工作创新发展的迫切需求。针对当前学生党建工作存在的部分学生入党动机功利化、学生党员先锋模范作用发挥不突出、学生入党培养有效学习时间不足、党员教育培养缺乏常态化机制等问题,高职院校党建工作应强化价值引领、开展对标争先、创新教育形式、加快学生党员培养、加强制度建设,增强基层党组织的战斗力和凝聚力,充分发挥其战斗堡垒作用。

Student Party members are the most vibrant and dynamic force in building a modern socialist country.Cultivating a high-quality team of student Party members is an urgent need for the innovative development of Party building work in vocational colleges.In response to the current problems in student Party building work,such as utilitarian motivation for joining the Party,insufficient exemplary role of student Party members,insufficient effective learning time for student Party members,and lack of normalized mechanism for Party member education and training,vocational college Party building work should strengthen value guidance,carry out benchmarking and competition,innovate educational forms,accelerate the training of student Party members,strengthen institutional construction,enhance the combat effectiveness and cohesion of grassroots Party organizations,and fully play the role of a fighting fortress.
