高职院校艺术类新生心理适应状况调查与研究

Survey and Study on the Psychological Adaptation of Art Freshmen in Vocational Colleges

为探讨艺术类新生心理适应状况,帮助更多艺术类大学生更好地适应大学生活,研究采用大学生心理适应能力测量问卷对2023级616名艺术类专业大学新生进行调查分析。结果表明,新生班级融合度普遍向好,在专业上表现有差异,其中舞蹈类、音乐类专业班级认同融合较好;超四成的艺术类新生整体抑郁水平高于全国同龄人群体的平均抑郁水平;有创伤后应激症状的新生占比为47.80%,其中设计类有创伤后应激的新生占比较高;艺术类专业总体有危机行为倾向的新生占比为17.08%。

In order to explore the psychological adaptation status of art freshmen and help more art college students better adapt to college life,this study used a college student psychological adaptation ability measurement questionnaire to survey and analyze 616 art major freshmen in the 2023 cohort.The results show that the integration degree of new student classes is generally good,with differences in professional performance.Among them,dance and music majors have better identification and integration;more than 40%of art freshmen have an overall depression level higher than the average depression level of their peers nationwide;the proportion of new students with post-traumatic stress symptoms is 47.80%,with a higher proportion of new students in the design category experiencing post-traumatic stress;the proportion of new students with a tendency towards crisis behavior in art majors is 17.08%.
