Research on the Reconstruction and Selection of Talent Training Models in Universities from the Perspective of Collaborative Innovation

协同创新育人模式提倡通过整合创新资源要素提高人才培育质量。文章展开说明协同创新的内涵,深入分析协同创新视域下高校人才培养模式重构的必要性与重构机理,并指出教师应基于协同创新理论、政产学三螺旋理论等理论推进人才培养模式重构工作。协同创新视域下,高校可以通过优化人才教育理念、重构人才培养机制、完善机制保障策略、创新教育模式等方式推进人才培养模式的重构,有效落实育人工作,提高人才培育质量。

The collaborative innovation education model advocates improving the quality of talent cultivation by integrating innovative resource elements.The article elaborates on the connotation of collaborative innovation,analyzes in depth the necessity and mechanism of the reconstruction of talent cultivation models in universities from the perspective of collaborative innovation,and points out that teachers should promote the reconstruction of talent cultivation models based on theories such as collaborative innovation theory and the three helix theory of politics,industry,and academia.From the perspective of collaborative innovation,universities can promote the reconstruction of talent cultivation models by optimizing talent education concepts,reconstructing talent cultivation mechanisms,improving mechanism guarantee strategies,and innovating education models,effectively implementing education work,and improving the quality of talent cultivation.
