数字时代中国特色老年教育服务的现状、机遇与思考 被引量:2

摘要 中国正全面加速迈入数字化老龄社会。发展老年教育是老龄社会治理的应有之义。数字时代,老年教育服务发展面临新机遇。对中国特色老年教育服务系统的重塑和发展路径的探索应以老年人为核心,秉持老年人数字化学习机会均等的基本理念;以老年人现实需求为导向,实现老年生活与数字化社会的深度融合;数智化与数治化相结合,创新老年教育服务模式。宏观层面,数字纾困联通、强化制度,优化生态环境建设;中观层面,利用数字创新突破发展瓶颈,通过技术增效提高精准治理水平;微观层面,推动数字资源共享包容,注重个性化发展。 China is stepping into a digital aging society in a comprehensive and accelerated way.The development of education for the elderly is the proper meaning of the governance of aging society.In the digital age,elderly education services are facing new opportunities for development.The reconstruction and development path of the service system in elderly education with Chinese characteristics should reflect the basic concept of taking the elderly as the core and adhering to the equal opportunities of digital learning for the elderly.Guided by the actual needs of the elderly,it is necessary to achieve the deep integration of elderly life and digital society.The combination of digital intelligence and digital governance innovates the service model of elderly education.At the macro level,digitization eases the difficulties of connectivity,strengthens the system construction,and optimizes the construction of ecological environment;at the meso level,digital innovation is used to break through the bottleneck of development,and the level of precise governance is improved through technological efficiency;at the micro level,it is necessary to promote the inclusive sharing of digital resources and focus on personalized development.
