摘要
围绕英国学位学徒制概念界定、发展历程、勃兴之源等方面进行研究,试图厘清英国高等职业教育新兴人才培养模式——学位学徒制在不同时期的发展脉络,同时从内、外两个维度,分析学位学徒制的兴起原因,着力探究学位学徒制人才培育模式特色及优势。研究英国学位学徒制,有利于将其运用于我国现代学徒制的发展进程之中,从而更好地推进职业本科教育进程,为中国特色职业教育体系添砖加瓦,以促进职业教育高质量发展。
Focusing on the definition of the concept,the development process and the source of British degree apprenticeship,this paper tries to clarify the development context of degree apprenticeship which is the emerging talent training mode of British higher vocational education in different periods.At the same time,this paper analyzes the reasons for the rise of degree apprenticeship from the internal and external dimensions,and focuses on exploring the characteristics and advantages of the talent training mode of degree apprenticeship.The study of British degree apprenticeship is conducive to applying it to the development process of modern apprenticeship system in China,so as to better promote the process of vocational undergraduate education,contribute to the vocational education system with Chinese characteristics to promote the high-quality development of vocational education.
