高职院校交通运输类专业人才培养现状调查与研究

Survey and Research on the Current Situation of Talent Training in Transportation Majors in Vocational Colleges

加快交通强国建设,高职院校交通运输类专业人才高质量培养是关键。为准确掌握高校交通运输人才培养现状,特进行此次问卷调研。调研结果显示:部分学生职业素养不高,社会适应力不强,人文知识储备不足,专业技能一般,对教学重点难点理解不透,学校在校风学风管理、校园文化建设、就业教育工作方面有待加强。有鉴于此,高职院校应从“完善保障体系,加强师资队伍建设”“强化学生职业意识,重视素养教育”“激发学习兴趣,提高技能和人文素养”“狠抓校风学风建设,营造良好氛围”“重视就业教育,提高就业质量”五个方面提升交通运输类专业人才培养质量。

Accelerating the construction of a strong transportation country requires high-quality training of transportation professionals in vocational colleges.In order to accurately grasp the current situation of talent cultivation in transportation in universities,this questionnaire survey is conducted.The survey results show that some students have low professional ethics,weak social adaptability,insufficient reserves of humanistic knowledge,average professional skils,and a lack of understanding of key and difficult teaching points.There is a need to strengthen their work in school culture and style management,campus cultural construction,and employment education.In view of this,vocational colleges should improve the quality of talent cultivation in transportation majors from five aspects:"improving the guarantee system,strengthening the construction of teaching staff,""strengthening students'professional awareness,emphasizing quality education,""stimulating learning interest,improving skills and humanistic literacy,""strengthening the construction of school culture and academic atmosphere,creating a good atmosphere,""emphasizing employment education,and improving employment quality."
