摘要 产品全生命周期是指产品从需求、规划、设计、生产、经销、运行、使用、维修保养,直到回收再处置的过程。文章针对数字化时代背景下教育教学改革发展新要求,以合力叉车转向轴从设计、生产、物流、销售、服务的“产品全生命周期”智能制造生产流程所面向的职业岗位群角度为出发点,探讨构建基于“产品全生命周期”的智能制造专业群,创新实施“匠心铸就品质”价值引领下的“一条主线、数字赋能”智慧教学模式,构建“析、教、做、评”智慧教学闭环评价系统,以提高教学质量,提升学生职业素养,为社会培养更多复合型人才。 The full lifecycle of a product refers to the process from demand,planning,design,production,distribution,operation,use,maintenance,to recycling and disposal.The article focuses on the new requirements for education and teaching reform and development in the context of the digital era.Starting from the perspective of the professional position group oriented towards the"product lifecycle"intelligent manufacturing production process of design,production,logistics,sales,and service,the article explores the construction of an intelligent manufacturing professional group based on the"product lifecycle",innovatively implements the"one main line,digital empowerment"intelligent teaching model guided by the value of"craftsmanship casting quality",and constructs a"analysis,teaching,doing,and evaluation"intelligent teaching closed-loop evaluation system to improve teaching quality,enhance student professional literacy,and cultivate more composite talents for society.
