竞争性内源RNA及其与人类复杂疾病间的关系

摘要 竞争性内源RNA是一类非编码RNA,能与微小RNA竞争性结合,进而调控相应的mRNA表达水平。主要包括假基因、长非编码RNA、环状RNA等,在人类复杂疾病的发生发展中发挥了重要作用。本文概述ceRNA的机制假说,及其与癌症、心血管疾病和神经退行性疾病等人类复杂疾病之间的关系,以期为表观遗传学内容的教学提供参考。 Competitive endogenous RNA(ceRNA)is a type of non-coding RNA that can competitively bind with microRNAs,thereby regulating the expression level of corresponding mRNAs.It mainly includes pseudogenes,long non-coding RNAs,circular RNAs,etc.It plays an important role in the occurrence and development of complex human diseases.This article outlines the ceRNA mechanism hypothesis and its relationship with human complex diseases such as cancer,cardiovascular diseases,and neurodegenerative diseases,intended to provide a reference for the teaching of genetics.
