从高考试题谈运动时的体温调节和能量供应

摘要 本文从2022年湖北高考生物学试题第10题的相关内容切入,分析了机体运动时体温变化及其调节过程,从运动时体温的变化、热敏神经元和冷敏神经元的温度敏感特性及体温调节的调定点学说等方面,阐述运动时不觉得寒冷的原因,以及运动过程中的能源物质供应情况,为优化试题设计提出参考建议。 Based on the 10th question of the 2022 Hubei college entrance exam of biology,this article analyzes the changes in body temperature and its regulation during exercise and elaborates on the reasons why one does not feel cold during exercise and the supply of energy substances during exercise from changes in body temperature during exercise,the temperature-sensitive characteristics of thermosensitive neurons and cold-sensitive neurons,and the set-point theory of temperature regulation,to give suggestions for optimizing test questions.
