摘要
选取中国天宫空间站“从种子到种子”全生命周期培养实验为整体情境,在拟南芥“种子萌发”“植株生长”“开花结果”的过程中各选取一项环境因素深入分析,不仅有助于发展生物学学科核心素养,更能唤起学生的民族自豪感与时代使命感。
We selected the experiment of“From Seed to Seed”life-cycle cultivation at China s Tiangong Space Station as the general context and guided students to select an environmental factor from the stages of seed germination,plant growth,blossom,and bearing fruit of Arabidopsis thaliana respectively for in-depth analysis.This teaching practice can not only develop students biological core literacy,but also arouse their national pride and sense of mission for the times.
