无人机气象探测用温度传感器的响应时间测试方法研究与性能分析

摘要 为了提高无人机搭载的温度传感器的动态响应性能,采用恒温恒湿箱与高精度数字多用表的组合方式对5种不同型号的温度传感器进行了响应时间测试方法的研究,同时对5种不同型号传感器的时间响应性能进行了对比分析。结果表明:使用恒温恒湿箱与高精度数字多用表的组合方式对温度传感器进行响应时间测试是可行的,测试的温度传感器应该采用从环境投入箱子的方式;温度传感器封装形式越简便响应特效越好;温度传感器置入百叶箱对响应时间常数的影响较大,因此在无人机气象探测中应避免将温度传感器置入百叶箱中使用。研究结果对无人机气象探空温度传感器的选型具有现实指导意义。 In order to improve the dynamic response performance of temperature sensors carried by unmanned aerial vehide(UAV),a combination of a constant temperature and humidity chamber and a high-precision digital multimeter was used to study the response time testing method of 5 different types of temperature sensors.At the same time,the time response performance of the 5 types of sensors was compared and analyzed.The results show that it is feasible to use the combination of a constant temperature and humidity chamber and high-precision digital multimeter to test the response time of temperature sensor,and the temperature sensor should be placed in the box from the environment.The simpler the packaging form of temperature sensor,the better the response effect.Temperature sensors placed in shelter have a great impact on response time,so they should be avoided in UAV meteorological detection.The research results have a practical guiding significance for the selection of the temperature sensor of the UAV meteorological sonde.
