摘要
γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)是中枢神经系统中一种重要的抑制性神经递质,对神经元的兴奋程度有重要影响,也是大脑能量代谢过程中重要的氨基酸。其常用于抗惊厥、抗焦虑和治疗癫痫。近年来,在很多肿瘤细胞中发现γ-氨基丁酸B型受体(GABA_(B)R),其与GABA结合后呈现出完全不同的作用。肿瘤细胞可能通过GABA信号调节其新陈代谢和分裂增殖,同时这些信号也可能影响免疫细胞的功能,进而影响肿瘤微环境。因此,深入研究不同肿瘤中GABA_(B)R的表达情况以及功能,有助于了解其与免疫治疗的关系,开发相应的抗肿瘤药物,提供新的抗肿瘤策略。
Gamma-aminobutyric acid(GABA)is a crucial inhibitory neurotransmitter within the central nervous system,with significant influence on neuronal excitability and serving as an important amino acid in the brain′s energy metabolism.It is commonly used for anticonvulsion,anti-anxiety,and treatment of epilepsy.In recent years,it has been found in many tumor cells that GABA B receptor(GABA_(B)R)exhibits completely different effects when bound to GABA.Tumor cells may regulate their metabolism and proliferation through GABA signaling,and these signals may also affect the function of immune cells,thereby affecting the tumor microenvironment.Therefore,in-depth research on the expression and function of GABA_(B)R in different tumors can help understand its relationship with immunotherapy,develop corresponding anti-tumor drugs,and provide new anti-tumor strategies.
