规范化呼吸道管理在早期非小细胞肺癌根治术中的应用

Application of standardized respiratory management in early non-small cell lung cancer radical surgery

目的:探讨规范化呼吸道管理在早期非小细胞肺癌根治术中的应用效果。方法:选取安徽省第二人民医院胸心外科2020年4月~2022年12月收治的80例行肺癌根治术的早期非小细胞肺癌患者,利用掷硬币法分为两组各40例。对照组实施常规围术期干预,观察组围术期干预中实施规范化呼吸道管理,比较两组护理效果差异。结果:两组围手术期指标相近(P>0.05);观察组并发症发生率与干预满意度、干预后的血气指标、炎性细胞因子、生命体征指标、肺功能指标优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:规范化呼吸道管理值得推广。

Objective:To explore the application effect of standardized respiratory management in early non-small cell lung cancer radical surgery.Methods:Eighty patients with early non-small cell lung cancer who underwent radical resection of lung cancer from April 2020 to December 2022 were selected from the Department of Cardiothoracic Surgery of the Second People's Hospital of Anhui Province.They were divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group by Coin flipping toss.The control group received routine perioperative intervention,while the observation group received standardized respiratory management during perioperative intervention.The differences in nursing outcomes between the two groups were compared.Result:The perioperative indicators of the two groups were similar(P>0.05);The incidence of complications,satisfaction with intervention,blood gas indicators,inflammatory cytokines,vital sign indicators,and lung function indicators in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Standardized respiratory management is worth promoting.
