多库酯钠片治疗老年功能性便秘患者的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Duokuester Sodium Tablets in the Treatment of Elderly Patients with Functional Constipation

目的评估在老年功能性便秘患者中实施多库酯钠片治疗的临床疗效。方法本研究选择2023年3月—2023年5月我院接诊的老年功能性便秘患者90例作为研究对象,通过随机数表法将其分成对照组(30例)和观察组(60例),对照组予以常规生活调理,观察组在此基础上加入多库酯钠片药物治疗,对两组于治疗2、4周的便秘症状评分、便秘改善总评分进行评估,比较两组治疗后4周的临床疗效,并分析两组的并发症发生情况。结果治疗后2、4周,观察组的排便次数评分、大便性状评分、排便满意度评分均低于对照组(均P<0.05);两组治疗后2、4周的腹痛或腹部不适评分对比均无差异(均P>0.05);观察组治疗后2、4周的便秘改善总评分较对照组更高(P<0.05);观察组治疗后4周的总有效率为63.33%,高于对照组的36.67%(P<0.05);观察组的并发症发生率为5.00%,较对照组的20.00%更低(P<0.05)。结论在老年功能性便秘患者中实施多库酯钠片治疗能够有效改善患者的便秘症状,促进疾病的改善进程,并可有效预防并发症的发生。

Objective To evaluates the clinical efficacy of implementing docurate sodium tablets in elderly patients with functional constipation.Methods This study selected a total of 90 elderly patients with functional constipation admitted to our hospital from March 2023 to May 2023 as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group(30 cases)and an observation group(60 cases)using a random number table method.The control group received routine lifestyle adjustments,while the observation group received treatment with sodium docurate tablets.The constipation symptom scores and total improvement scores of the two groups were evaluated after 2 and 4 weeks of treatment were valuated,the clinical efficacy after 4 weeks of treatmenwas compared,and the incidence of complications between the two groups was analyzed.Results After 2 and 4 weeks of treatment,the scores of bowel frequency,stool characteristics,and bowel satisfaction of the observation group lower than the control group(all P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in abdominal pain or discomfort scores between the two groups after 2 and 4 weeks of treatment(both P>0.05).The total score of constipation improvement in the observation group after 2 and 4 weeks of treatment was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group after 4 weeks of treatment was 63.33%,which was higher than the control group's 36.67%,with a significant difference(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 5%,which was lower than the 20%in the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The implementation of sodium docurate tablets in the treatment of elderly functional constipation patients can effectively improve the patient's constipation symptoms,promote the improvement process of the disease,and effectively prevent the occurrence of complications,thereby improving the overall clinical treatment rate.
