细节管理护理在小儿鼻内镜下腺样体切除术护理安全管理中的应用

The Application of Detail Management Nursing in the Nursing Safety Management of Pediatric Adenoidectomy Under Nasal Endoscope

目的评价细节管理护理在小儿鼻内镜下腺样体切除术护理安全管理中的应用价值。方法2019年11月—2021年7月于我科拟行小儿鼻内镜下腺样体切除术的100例术前患儿为研究对象,通过随机分组,分为试验组和对照组,试验组50例,采用细节管理护理策略,对照组50例,采用常规护理,对比两组手术时间、术后住院时间、恶心呕吐发生率、术后1日伤口出血率、术后误吸率、术后7日感染发生率,同时通过自制量表评估患儿家属满意度及评估术后主刀医师对护理人员的满意度。结果试验组手术时间和术后住院时间均短于对照组(均P<0.05);试验组术后恶心呕吐发生率、术后1日伤口出血率、术后误吸率、术后7日感染发生率均低于对照组(均P<0.05);试验组患儿家属对护理总体满意率高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组手术医师对护理总体满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论细节管理护理可以减少手术时间和术后住院时间,加强护理效果,提高患者和手术医师对护理的满意度。

Objective To evaluate the value of detail management nursing in nursing safety management of pediatric nasal endoscopic adenoid ectomy.Methods One hundred preoperative children who were proposed to undergo pediatric nasal endoscopic adenoidectomy in our department from November 2019 to July 2021 were the subjects of the study,and they were divided into the experimental group and the control group through randomization,50 cases in the experimental group with detail management nursing care strategy,and 50 cases in the control group,with routine nursing care.The operation time,postoperative hospitalization time,incidence of nausea and vomiting,rate of wound bleeding on the 1st postoperative day,rate of postoperative malabsorption,and incidence of postoperative infections on the 7th postoperative day were compared between the two groups,as well as the satisfaction of the children's family members assessed by a self-administered scale and the satisfaction of the attending physician with the nursing staff assessed postoperatively.Results The duration of surgery and postoperative hospitalization were shorter in the experimental group than in the control group(both P<0.05);the incidence of postoperative nausea and vomiting,wound bleeding,postoperative aspiration,and 7 days in the experimental group were lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the overall satisfaction rate of the family was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the overall satisfaction rate of the surgeons was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Detailed management care reduces operative time and postoperative hospitalization,enhances outcomes,and increases patient and surgeon satisfaction with care.
